RECEPTION
Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and our staff will be delighted to assist you with reservations, participation in mixology lessons, vehicle rental, or tour arrangements. For those who want to explore the island the romantic way, we offer a picnic basket service. We also have a fully equipped yoga sala for those who want to practice yoga and meditation. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay with us as wonderful as possible.

CHECK OUT
Checkout time is 11:00 am sharp. As a boutique hotel, we are quite often fully booked and it’s essential that our housekeeping team has sufficient time to prepare and sanitize the rooms. We also recommend informing us of your expected checkout time from the day before, so we can prepare your bill in advance and ensure a smooth departure.
In case you would like to request a late checkout (with an extra charge), please let us know the morning of the same day, and we will be more than happy to check all options and conditions for you.
We would like to remind you that we offer a changing area with shower facilities and bath amenities for your convenience. We hope that this option will enhance your overall experience with us and make your last day more comfortable.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for any missing items from the room, including but not limited to hair dryers, bathrobes, beach bags, and minibar items, as well as for any damages caused to the room.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Our reception team is pleased to offer concierge services to enhance your stay with us. Whether you require restaurant bookings, vehicle rentals, boat trips or recommendations for local activities, our team is here to assist you. Our concierge services are available from 08:00 am until 22:00 pm.
Transfer Service
We provide transportation services with our experienced team of drivers all over the island using our brand-new, fully electric cars—supporting a more sustainable future for transportation. Transfers outside of these hours can also be arranged upon request, either earlier or later, depending on availability.

What you need to know during your stay
@Rocabella Mykonos:
- Please do not throw any paper or sanitary products into the toilet, please use the bin provided.
- Please keep in mind that bathrobes and slippers are only for room use. In case you have a spa appointment you may change at the spa area.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on their balcony or veranda. Please contact us so that an ashtray can be provided. A cleaning fee of €150 will apply if smoking occurs inside the room.
- Tap water is not drinkable.
- It is strictly prohibited to order food and beverages outside of the hotel, access will be denied to food delivery.
- Our electrical supply is 220V.
- Pool towels are provided at the pool area.
- Our Rocabella tailor made beach bag can be bought at the price of 35 euro.
- In our rooms, there is a safe available, where you can safely store your valuables. We bear no responsibility in case of loss.
